What you're buying

When you place an order, you're purchasing a CSV file of publicly available business contact information sourced live from Google Maps. You are not purchasing a subscription, recurring service, or any ongoing relationship — each order is a single one-time transaction.

How billing works

When you submit an order, your card is charged the flat tier priceat checkout. We then run the search and generate the CSV. If the number of leads delivered is worth less than the tier price (at the tier's per-lead rate), we automatically refund the difference to your card once delivery completes (refunds typically clear within a few business days, depending on your bank).

If we deliver fewer than 7 leads, the entire payment is refunded and the leads are delivered free.

Refunds

Shortfalls are refunded automatically, so refund requests should be rare. If a delivered phone number is disconnected or wrong, or you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review — bad numbers are refunded, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

You may use the delivered lead lists for direct outreach to the businesses listed — phone calls, mail, or in-person contact. You agree to comply with applicable law including the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, do-not-call registries, and CAN-SPAM if you use any of the data for email purposes.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data to third parties.
• Reverse-engineer our service or attempt to bypass payment.
• Use the data for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

Data accuracy

We source data live from Google Maps at the time of your order. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of phone numbers or other fields — businesses occasionally close, change numbers, or update their listings. We verify that each listing exists and has no website at the time we deliver.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
